President - Asher Jintoorkar
Asher is currently studying for a combined degree in Chemistry and Mathematics. Asher is passionate about climate change, new technology, and equity. His goal on the BusCom board is to help ensure the team creates an impact at UoN and Newcastle.
When he isn’t studying to maximise his utility, Asher loves rowing with friends, learning Mandarin, and mountain biking. If you see him around, say hi. He’s always up for coffee and a chat!
Vice President - Ryan Duguid
Ryan is in his second year of a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting and Finance.
He is passionate about understanding companies’ real-time financials across different industries
and how they can improve a range of businesses, from start-ups to established industry leaders.
Ryan’s enthusiasm and ambition inspired him to become a board member to help students see and seize university opportunities, better their university experience, and enhance their career readiness for their desired career path.

Jesse is an energetic individual with a keen interest in all things business and finance. Hello! I am Grace Richardson. I am fascinated by the systems that influence our economy and our businesses. The understanding of how and why people behave in different environments has also always been captivating to me. I believe that being able to empathise with people is the key to
great leadership. Hence why I am studying a Bachelor of Business and Commerce majoring in
Human Resource Management and Economics.
I am striving for a career that taps into those two elements that result in a positive and
profound contribution to the economy.

Professional Events - Elizabeth Preston
Elizabeth Preston is in her third year of a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Tourism and Events Management and Marketing. She aspires to be a destination marketer helping corporate organisations and council areas reach their tourism potential sustainably.
Through working in BusCom, she hopes to provide her fellow university alumni with opportunities to expand their network and refine their skillset to give them that additional edge in the competitive job market.
Elizabeth hopes to assist Newcastle in becoming a hub for graduate opportunities by providing a platform for talented students and organisations to meet.
events - Jake Rexter
Jake is currently in the third year of his Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in economics. In this role, he looks forward to working with the rest of the BusCom Board to promote student engagement by delivering high-quality social and professional events.

Social Events - Het Jitenbhai Joshi
Het Joshi is in his final year of studying for a Masters of Global Business Administration (GMBA).
He has also completed a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting.
He is passionate about marketing, organizing events and is planning to run a business of his own.
Het’s primary reason to serve on a board is to contribute to serving UoN BusCom and its mission meaningfully. In this role, he looks forward to working with the team and host social events throughout the year, enhancing students' university experience.
When Het is not studying, he enjoys music, going outdoors or playing board games.

Sports - Gunpo ‘Jason’ Dalhatsang
Gonpo is a second-year Bachelor of Business student. He is passionate about financial literacy and seeking out innovative business ideas and interesting investment opportunities.
He loves travelling, camping and trying out new things. He grew up playing numerous sports.
Among them, he regularly enjoys playing soccer, basketball and surfing.
Gonpo values and promotes sports to bring students together and create a fun experience for university students.
Student relations - Jazmin Miller
Jazmin is a third-year Law and Business student majoring in International Business. Jazmin has a passion for generating an impact of change in women’s rights, immigration, and the environment and bases her studies on this.
