BusCom are a registered non-for profit student association at The University of Newcastle. With over 300 student members; in 2017 BusCom aims to engage an array of student majors in both the Business and Commerce degrees at The University.

Through this we hope to provide students, academics and industry the opportunity to create meaningful connections and professional partnerships in their local community. Speakers will discuss visitor experiences and services, as well as the transformational change of a destination. Two topics that are extremely current to the changing Hunter Coast environment.

We aim to create a visitor experience for guests; showcasing the best of the Hunter Coast, whilst educating them about what the area has to offer.

We will also discuss the best ways to create experiences for visitors and promote the ideology “tourism is everyone’s business”.

Drinks and canapes will be provided.
